Lectric XP 3.0 brakes are squeaky, grindy, and annoying. I bought two they both come in damaged I don't believe from shipping. Hydraulic brake went out on one of them while riding. I had to replace the battery, controller, so-called puncture resistant tires that's supposed to have slime in them so it had so little slime that it wouldn't stop a very small puncture. They rattle and make noise. Although at the time I own my e-bikes they do have customer service that's willing to work with you on anything. The first one I bought I sent back to exchange. The second one I got a refund.

So. A little late for me. I already got mine. Love It!! The wife hopped on once and replaced her older ebike right away with the step through version. I have experienced the pedal issue on sharp, low speed turns. I reposition my foot and keep riding. Using the assist feature only for inclines I also shift thru 3rd 4th and 5th to maintain similar pedaling.

Joey, thank you for the water level report at Lake Mead. Please keep us updated. Summer has just started, and it will be interesting to see which way is goes. I heard Lake Powell has quite a bit of water, and they release water which drains into Lake Mead, but since its getting hot, evaporation plays a part, and they keep building in AZ, NV, CA, I wouldn't be surprised if water levels drop fast. We did get some good rain/snowfall, but the demand for water outweighs on how fast the reservoirs fill up. That's how I see it, but I could be wrong. Im not an expert, this is just a friendly comment.

If you tune in at 34:55 without looking before that, you think, of course! Joey always walks on the shore for safety (snakes, slipping, falling in a hole, heck quicksand!). But Joey finally got the idea, if it's going to be 100-God-knows degrees, cool off a bit by strolling through the water! Duh, right?! Then you rewind to 34:45 to see what it actually is ;)

This is great stuff! While you're sweating and using such great equipment and considerate editing to not waste our time, and wondering do we like it - um yeah! Great stuff! Showing the "abandoned" ramp was particularly interesting. What massive and expensive infrastructure like you astutely said. BTW it sounded like a manual shift at 17:55 :)

Good video. Thanks. As for the issue of the foot hitting the front tire. Your foot on the pedal should have the ball of your foot over the center spindle of the pedal. If your are riding your bike properly, there is no way your foot should ever touch the front tire, even with the fender on it. I also agree that you absolutely should always wear a helmet. Trust me.

I'm looking at a few ebikes. This one is my #1/2 choice. Wish the tires were smaller, like 14inch would be ideal. We have 50mph ebikes with smaller wheels than the standard issue 20 inch ones here.

WOW....Thanks for another water adventure. Better than Indiana Jones..Thanks for the hike. Be nice if your ebike could handle the terrain. I take my 3.0 off road yet gotta just watch some burms..and ruts. Weather the water is high or low...at least it has water. Been to the lake a few times yet if I ever do hopefully you are filming/riding. Be sweet once the weather cools to have a "Meet and Ride with Joey and Maria". The water looks nice and blue yet I wonder what is in it. Moving to Colorado I thought I would have the best water in the nation. It's scary here. I live on Cheyenne mtn and just found out that my tap water/well is contaminated. Pipes built 50 years ago. They actually let people fish at the reclaim wastewater aeration ponds here. The river that starts from Colorado Springs is 75% wastewater release. Sad. Maybe water the dry fields or desert. It's scary the way some treat water. Thanks for the sweet 360 shots as well. I love mine. The super extended pole is better than using the drone. HA HA. Waiting on the dive case myself. Be fun to tie on fishing line and cast ... I enjoy all your videos. Some just don't realize the time it takes to put out a video. The time for editing, posting, the driving to location, the permits. I applaud you for the information you have shared, the adventures, the reviews, places I might not get to visit. I am a creator as well. Maybe that's why I look at it sideways. To share a adventure is priceless. I look forward to every video. People that gripe about the ebikes are mostly ones who can still walk. After my ebike crash last year while vlogging I lost partial nerves to my legs. Not being able to walk a ebike is the next best thing. My Lectric 3.0 that you reviews has saved my sanity. Thanks for toughing out the heat to take us on another great video tour, Joey! I honestly feel like I know the place now, everything there is so familiar to me and I have to give you and Maria most of the credit because, without your faithful coverage and videos, I'd see very little of the shoreline and the actual rising and falling of the water levels there. I really enjoyed the close-up of the burned boat even, tragedy that it is, it's still something curiosity would have made me want to look more closely at and you did that for me, so .. thank you! Everything you mention or point out seems to be something I'd want to look at myself, so .. thanks for all you do and please just continue on as you normally do with your updates, etc. and I (..and your other followers! ) will be anxiously awaiting your next video. :^)

thanks for staying on this.... the west is no where near being out of the danger zone.. despite last years rain and snow. people have a false sense. the "water management" is like the gambler who goes in and says they will only use the money in one pocket and put the winnings in the other... then they will stop.

Have you ever thought about making a video about how you make your videos? Include equipment used, how you film, how you edit, how you add special effects and how you insert other clips or videos, etc? I think it would be interesting. This could help others
